Wasn't Sega going to make a Saturn boot disc for the Dreamcast back in the day before they said they were going to stop making the Dreamcast? If I'm right then I'm sure they were already working on it, meaning there's got to be a beta. Now all we need is someone working on the inside to get it to us...

I have to admit that commercial games running on the Dreamcast is apsolutely amazing. Yes it maybe only 4-8 fps, but u got to start somewhere. I'd like to know if any of the 3 Sonic games run on it at all. I know that they wouldn't be playable but it would be nice to know that they run :)

It does all of the rendering at the native resolution of the Saturn. Until the speed comes up, there's absolutely no reason to try to make it look flashier, I believe. Also, NiGHTS does not run at all. It crashes the emulator in the opening movie sequence (and I know exactly why, it sets a high-res...

Sounds like what happened to my Treamcast that I bought. It's the power supply, cuz I thought it was the GD-rom too. Swapped the GD-rom unit on another Dreamcast and it worked. So then I swaped the power supply on the other Dreamcast and it was causing the same problem with that unit when I did that.

Great BC. Nice to see some more progress being done on this Emu. just have a two questions, what is the resolution of the emu? Is it 320x224 like the Saturn or is it 640x224 (like what bleemcast did). And my other question is did u say once upon a time did u say that u got Nights running at a decent...

Well the thing is you need the Dreamcast bios.bin and flash.bin for Chankast to work. But you can't ask for them here. You'll have to find those somewhere else.

thats pretty neat.. any way to pull that off the board and direct it so you can knob control it on the side casing? I'm sure you could some way, but I'm not going to try it. I always hated when I turned the brightness down on the side of the Treamcast it was too dark, but when I turned it up it was...

Treamcast is back in black

Thats right the Treamcast is back in black. Check out the new black Treamcast found here http://bearcity.com/dc/5'6treamcast(b)1.htm. No one sells them yet, but I've sent success-hk a e-mail asking if they are going to stock them and the guy said they are seeing if they can sell it as of right now. ...

For some reason my NesterDC SE won't save my stuff in options and it won't run Sonic 3-D Blast 6 (pirate) Which I'd really like to play. And no other NesterDC plays it, only PC NES emulators. Oh yeah, What about frame skip, I like my games a little bit faster.
