Yup, that box also has a place for A/V and S Video (well mine does, anyhow), so you can have it hooked to your TV and Moniter simaltaneously. If a game doesn't support VGA, just hit a switch on the box and you can play on the TV. Sweet, especially for lazy people like me!

I can't install mod chips worth anything, but if you plan on doing it yourself, the less wires (and the bigger the contact points) the better. Less wires=less chance of screwing up.
