Help with testing new DC game.

Since there is now a new version of Fenix for DC i decided to try and port my GP2X-game Beatbox to it. (http://www.gp2x.de/cgi-bin/cfiles.cgi?0,0,0,0,37,2240) The problem is that I cannot try the game myself for the moment. Also, it uses .ogg-files for music, so I don't know if it would work anyway....

Nice! I played the GP2X version, and i'ts very hard. Looks good though, so if you can manage the difficulty its worth a try.

Re: The Ascension Of Vigil

Very impressive video! It's sad to hear there will be no DC-version, but I can understand you. Ill still be able to play it, since Darkplaces is open. Just one thing, please don't add any Windows-specific code (if there is such things when using Darkplaces. I believe there is, since some mod's are i...

Re: Fenix v0.92b port by DC-SWAT

Great news! Since I use Fenix for most of my games this will come in handy.
Does anyone know if this version has support for .ogg-files btw? If it has, I can port my latest rythm-based game to DC! The current Fenix-interpreter for DC doesn't have that, if I remember right.

Re: Chui's port of Neverball, a Super Monkey Ball clone

Extremely impressive! How was it done? I mean, this game uses OpenGL a lot, and I thought that was hard to port. Anyway, a very nice release! Will be great fun to play.

I've been playing around and fooling with Codename: Corporal Complete (hah!), should I finish it up instead of leaving it in a semi-working state? Would anyone care or play it?
I would certainly play it!

I wonder why DCPlaya never got the attention it deserved. It's more customizable than anything else for Dreamcast...
Good question, I have wondered the same thing. Its a fantastic program but few seem to talk about it.

The source for Beat2X (A DDR clone for GP2X) is available here : http://www.gp2x.de/cgi-bin/cfiles.cgi?0,0,0,0,57,1761
It should be a tad easier to port since it already runs well on a less powerful system.
Doesn't feel that necessary though, since we have FoF.

Looks good indeed, and I like the VMU idea. Good luck finding help! I wish I could help you myself, but I only code in Fenix, and the DC Fenix runtime doesn't support four controllers or vmu screen for the moment.

Frame Gride (so many menus...)
This one is actually fully playable with the help of a guide. After a while you get used to the menus. I have played it a lot without any knowledge of japanese.
