Do you have a dremel? thats the easiest way of getting the rough shape cut out. If not i read somewhere about a guy that used a soldering iron to melt through the plastic (not sure id reccomend this though). Nope, went up to the desk and asked for a 3.3v green led, best they had was 4.2v blue. Arse!, im going to have to scrounge up some proper LEDs before i do the major work.
