Jeez... O.K. I went to Microplay (now known as GroundZero for some reason) and they sell Dreamcasts for 89$ CDN! It comes with two games... but still... argh... I'm going to ask a family member with a PayPal account to help me get some stuff off eBay I guess. Probably my best bet. Stupid people.

Maybe he should just get the emulator working with bare minimum at full speed then add features in later. Then in the meantime you have a fullspeed SNES emu, that may not have many options, but works.
