I use meka, but I usually just use the sms plus port to the DC because it's so damned good. That, or SMEG, but not for games that need saving, unfortuneatly

if the iso is good, then you shouldn't have any problems with it in epsxe, so long as you have the right plugins

well, the only emulators that are PC quality on the dreamcast are 8-bit systems (namely, the NES and master system). THat's not to say the others aren't impressive, especially considering the limitations of the DC, versus the near limitlessness resources of the PC
