Whatever happened to all that signed stuff and sell sheets and whatnot? Was that ever put in any contests? DreamON has a bunch promised to them, once they let me know where they need them sent to, I'll send them off. Nick has agreed to send the funds for shipping, so that'll be great. Other than th...

A second try at giving you kids Bleem! Stickers.

EDIT: Crap, the original post was very confusing and train of thought. I'm willing to give distroing the stickers another go, if people take it seriously this time. And I want some ideas on how to do it right this time, other than making everyone doing SASEs, and only SASEs. I also asked if anyone f...

I own the first CD, thanks to Smashed into Pieces getting jammed into my head. That and Giving up are the only songs that they show any talent.

Another "reason I'm not really emo" brought to you in part by that song I move my ass at shows, not just stand around. I dance, I pit, I hold lighters, I basically make an ass of myself in the name of fun. EDIT: I'm referring to the line in the song that says "I just stand around at s...

Hawthorne Heights, however, is horrible, and I'm glad they didn't make it on the soundtrack along with all the other pop emo acts on here (FOB, MCR).
Funny story about HH.

Exactly.

Not necessarily. The day he claimed to have done it was the day before the warning paper was dated. So, it's possible he did manage to do it.

I went in today, and they showed me a release dated yesterday saying that it was a scam. I said "Oh? All I know was my father recieved it in his email, thanks anyways". And left without a big fuss.

ive never had lag problems on my pci tuner. its a really old bt878 based tuner and ive played my dreamcast on it a number of times through dscaler and i had no lag whatsoever. I know that the ATI TV Wonders, the Hauppage cards, all of the USB cards, and several off brands of tuner cards have lag, i...

You're going to get lag on anything other than an AIW. it can directly output the signal from the input to the monitor, without nearly as much processing as a PCI, USB, Firewire, or PCMCIA tuner.

Are you trying to watermark a video? Not exactly. Know that band I have a total hardon for, Zombies Ate My Neighbors ? They needed some reencoding help, to get their video about half size, and I said I'd give it a go. But the version they sent me doesn't have the Zombies Ate My Neighbors Touch Me D...

Fall out boy is the gayest band I ever seen in my life. While I agree with your base sentiment, your statement is false. As much as FOB does suck, none of the members are actually gay. The gayest large name band I know is MSI, as all members are infact gays or lesbians. As for my thoughts on the al...

VirtualDub and some plugin I can't remember (I think I got it from the official site), but then you have to save it as avi. And there's two of the problems. I tried to find a vdub plugin, and couldn't. Secondly, I've already split the audio and video, and brought them into one sexy mpeg. going to A...

I need some quick video editing help.

Does anyone know of a free program that can insert a title into an mpeg? I'm reencoding a file for a band I know, and they need an MTV style thing in the corner. The file is 35mb, so if you have a legally obtained copy of a video editing program that has said feature, I'd be willing to send you it t...

He's asking how to watch video on a laptop.

He'll need a USB TV tuner, or something like a Dazzle or an ATI USB wonder.

And have fun with a good second of lag.

I ONLY use sony MDR-v150s. They're cheaper than what you're looking for, as sony's base model Studio Monitors, but the sound is awesome, they can take full power of most of my music devices, and they're comfy. I'm on my third pair, due to the constant sticking in backpacks busting them. Totally wort...
