I need help with Playing Dreamcast Games on PC
My PC is as Followes: Windows XP 30GB 5400 HD ATI Radeon 9700 Now, I haven't installed the Service Pack 1 just yet. I tried Dreamer but everytime I hit Run, it fails and gives me that little window that wants to notify Microsoft. I have also tried DreamEMU but it doesn't recognize any Dreamcast game...
