SBI is method of booting discs so they can use multiple programs with a basic menu system. It's extremely easy to use and it's nice to have multiple programs on one disc.

I believe you can selfboot this using selfboot.exe. just select the proper directory and burn the resulting image file.

Textpad works fairly well for that Pyro. I think it has all the features you want.
