You could say the same for PSX emulation, Saturn emulation etc... with commercial resources these things work flawlessly.

It's doubtful something like this would sell more than a few hundred units worldwide, which given the requirements of the project, would not come anywhere close to being worth the investment for any company, large or small. I agree with this. The majority of people who would want to buy this alread...

Has anyone noticed any extensions slowing down FF2.0? It might be a coincidence but I installed a couple and that night had a few speed issues. Gone now, np.

Also, FF seems to give up waiting for pages really quickly, can you change the timeout setting? </lazy>

Sega could always sell ISO's online that were cut down to burn onto CD-R's or not cut down for multiple discs. Or would it be at all reasonable to make the games donwloadable to be transferred directly to a console? I imagine that would depend on the size of your average DC game. A stand alone unit ...

It probably enabled ClearType. You can turn it on or off in Control Panel --> Appearance --> Effects --> Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts --> ClearType I didn't find it in Control Panel, even though I did look. But I did know that's what it was - just forgot the name - and I...

I downloaded IE7 and it messed me up bad... It started some typeface smoother for LCD monitors which they admit blurs the text on CRT's. So they let you adjust it. I did, no change. So then I disabled it, no change. Then I realised that it had actually changed all my typefaces, not just in IE. Now a...

It's yeast extract... hence the beer connection I imagine. It seems to be a peculiarly British and Aussie thing. It's a very strong taste and nobody ever likes or dislikes it, you love or hate it. I can't stomach it at all. The ads in the UK center around the love/hate thing as a kind of post ironic...

I think the EA thing clearly did for the Dreamcast. John Madden almost single handedly bankrolled the Genesis and it could have done a similar job for the DC. As for piracy on the DC? Yes it did hurt it a lot and it quite probably was a case of shutting the barn door after the horse had bolted. If p...

I looked. There is a shiny Nintendo emblem. I guess I pulled it off at the same time as the screen protector. Although the screen protector did look a lot like a toasted cheese sandwich.

I don't even remember my DS having a Nintendo logo on it... Maybe I've been playing with the sandwich maker again? I'll tell you someting though, that thing is heavy. I find playing it in bed a bit sore on the arms. Although if it is the sandwich toaster that would explain that as well. I'm bummed t...
