kasumi you should take that link down. the saturn bios image is copyrighted material and is considered warez. just letting you know before the mods say something LMAO! Hmm, when I click the LAyer tab, the Flatten Image option is grayed out, and I can't select it :? and it already says that it is a background

BTW, I'm trying to give my avatar a border

For the ASPI problem, download this file:
ftp://ftp6.nero.com/wnaspi32.dll
then put it in C:/Windows/System32

*EDIT*

and run it on Windows 95 mode or something like that
