That's not the smartest thing to do :mrgreen: You'd better get Pal V2, online will be free for you as drunkensailor said, or get V1. There's no point in going from V2 to V1...

Hey, You finished Ult mode @ level 107, heh? Is your character a HUcast? I couldn't kill Falz before level ~118 I think (with a HUmar) because its last form always killed me in one hit :( Anyway, you're lucky to have seen those bands :( Wish I could see them too someday! ++ Soilwork, I DON'T WANNA G...

Shouldn't you write this instead:

Code: Select all

int Number;
scanf("%i",&Number);
Or if Number is a pointer to an integer, maybe you haven't allocated memory for it ( with malloc ) ?

Hey HollowPain, Thanks a lot for signing my guestbook :mrgreen: I'm looking forward to playing with you so you'd better hurry & get a new modem :) However, be careful if you decide to buy a PAL copy of the game, because you'll have to clear the internal memory of your dreamcast, removing the inf...

Avoid American ships at all costs. You enter a room, BOOM your char is dead and they keep killing your character. They can totally freeze your game, Restart your dreamcast, completely mess up your char, change it, whatever. If they PK you, you lose your weps and money. >_< Nah that's not really tru...

They will destroy your VMU save and your character. Come on, don't scare him! :) Great One, 'hackers' (well, i'd call them cheaters instead, because using codes found on the Net does not turn those stupid arses into hackers) can do mean things to your character but don't worry, it can be avoided if...

There's nothing wrong with V1, but V2 is better, with all the new stuff. Actually, at low level and in offline mode, V1 and V2 are nearly the same, there are just little differences in the items found... But if you get addicted to the game, you'll definitely want to get Version 2, so your version 1 ...

Hey HollowPain, I dunno how US & Japanese versions of the game work, but on PAL version, we have a serial number and access key ; And you can't use your characters on a console which has different keys :( Actually, it's true the information concerning your modem isn't stored in the modem but in ...

Hey Stunt, I'm not sure I really understand your question, so tell me if I'm wrong... Ok..When you declare a pointer, it is NOT initialised properly, and it seems to point somewhere in memory where it should not ;) If you use that pointer without using 'new', the compiler won't say anything BUT you'...

Hey, I remember I tried that PC/DC connection a few months ago and if my memory's good, the tutorial says it won't work with french Dreamcast modems, not PAL modems. Let me check.. Some people have reported that newer Dreamcast modems don't work with this. I don't know why they wouldn't, but a few p...

heh, looks like we kinda had the same ideas, didn't we? So have you been traumatized by linked lists when you were young, too? Come on, let's talk about it, it's the best therapy :wink: Or at least that's what my psy says!

Hey, It's true a pointer doesnt seem very useful in your example :D But pointers really are useful in many cases. I'm gonna try to give you a few examples... First thing pointers let you do is allocate (and free) memory and create objects dynamically. For example, a string... char *MyString; int Len...

Ooh, someone who knows Soilwork :o It's quite rare, you must be like the 4th or 5th person I meet on the Net who knows that ass-kicking band! :) To answer your question, I finished V-Hard mode with my RAcast (android ranger) for the first time today, @ level 67. But I'm afraid I'll have to go on pla...

It definitely is true that you can't find rares if u use a GS.. But hey anyway the assholes who use a GS don't need to find rares as they can create them ... :( Am I cursed?
