What is interesting is that this version's disc is titled Capcom vs. SNK 2 - Mark of the Millennium 2001. On the header, version is 1.000 and date 20010803.
The previously verified GDL-0007A has the disc titled with the Japanese title, Capcom vs. SNK 2 - Millionaire Fighting 2001, header version 2.000 and date 20010705.

Depending on BIOS used, both discs can play either as Japanese versions (Millionaire Fighting 2001 with mostly English but also some Japanese text (eg on victories) or as Western versions (Mark of the Millenium 2001 with fully English text). The latter happens with US, Korean and Export BIOSes, while the former only with Japanese BIOSes.

This kinda makes the existence of 2 different discs (one for Japan and one for export markets) redundant and I think it was a strange decision that Capcom took.
To avoid confusion because of the higher version number of the (earlier according to header) Japanese version, which would make it appear as an updated version, I have added the disc code to the dat filename for both.
Now they look like:
