So I have a BETA GDR that track14.bin is giving me hell. I am going to knock up the retries to 100 to see if I can get lucky. Anyhow going over the commands I think this is what I would need to type into my browser correct?

Any help would be great, I am also using the latest build. If another would be better at this let me know as I know one build was capable of sub-channel data if I recall correctly. I am going to find tha tout one day as well to keep for fun in case it might ever be needed unless someone also knows that build number as well. BTW got thte build from gotwalls.com so I know it is the most current build.

Hi
It looks ok to me. Be aware that you have abort0 which will cause httpd-ack to send you poisoned sector data and continue on if its unable a sector after the 100 retries. The normal behavior is to abort the transfer.
Is the entire track giving you troubles or just random sectors within the track?

Can't even get the track to start dumping. It is only track14.bin that is giving me trouble by SD and BBA/LAN dumping.

What method are you using to dump the GD-R, system2 disc or swap disc?
Try browsing to http://dcip/?ipbintoc and see if the TOC is different.

Re: Is this the right httpd-ask CMD?
Swap disc but using Dave Mirra as the disc I swap from. It has 14 tracks as well (the retail one) and everything dumps fine till track 14.
Re: Is this the right httpd-ask CMD?
In order to dump properly, the 14th track has to start at an earlier LBA on the swap disc. If the LBA on the swap disc starts later, then the Dreamcast will think that the beginning of the 14th track should be audio data.atreyu187 wrote:Swap disc but using Dave Mirra as the disc I swap from. Dump the two data tracks while using a swap disc that has only a three track, all-data layout. All the data tracks should be accessible then.
