This is the extra disc that was included with Tokyo Bus Guide - Bijin Bus Guide Tenjou Pack (T-35404M)
The disc basically contains videos presented by a pretty lady, offering you what seems to be hints/how to play tips.
Of course it's 100% Japanese, so I am not totally sure, but I think I understand decently what is going on.
Doesn't seem to have anything except these 3 videos, definitely nothing playable or any galleries and the like.
