Attempted to verify this and bumped into a different newer version (version 3.000, internal file date 5 Sep 2001). Ringcode is T-20112M-0752B 21MM1.
Always annoying, but adding the knowledge here.
It is also likely there's an older (still not discovered) version, since existence of -0752A and -0752B versions implies that there also exists the oldest -0752. At least that's the pattern with other games.

Yes, it's well known that games with different ringcodes of that type (xMx and xMMx, like 11M4 and 12MM1) almost never match.
Adding the info to database, thanks a lot for your first contribution.
I actually recently acquired a disc of that game with a very similar ringcode T-20112M-0752A 12M1.
All other info and checksums are identical to the dumps by Bluecrab and Majorpbx above, so after quite some time this is 3-way verified!
I just added it to the upcoming dats. Thank you guys!
PS: I have another copy of that game in the post, seriously hope it's one of the other 2 still unverified versions (11M4 and 21MM1). Got it in auction for just $0.06 and a few bucks postage so worth the risk...
Gorski dumped the 11M4 variant as seen above on pyrichlo's post.
This is just an audio/offset variant and data is identical to the 12Mx version.
All information is matching. It will be added in the upcoming dats. Thank you guys!
