an interesting and hard to find disc...

it has same IP.bin than retail but it was built 10 days later than retail
retail build date : 07/12/1999
WL build date : 17/12/1999

ringcode also indicates that it seems being a bugfix
retail ringcode : T-36802D-0096SS [...]
WL ringcode : 952-0030-0096SA [...]

not much difference in content :
- remove useless data : track04 & BIG.BIN file, which are in reality a Windows registry file (!?).
- modification on 1ST_READ.BIN

it's written "(E/F)" on disc, so we can expect that there is also a German WL.
