Re: got some originals not in tosec data base
Hey there, glad to see that you are willing to help out with the project! All you need to do is make posts in the appropriate region forums for your GD-ROMs. Search for the game's title and if there is already a topic for it, go ahead and post in that topic; if not, you can make a new topic. Check o...

Re: Sonic Adventure V 1.004
If 1.004 is the "regular" version, then I'm surprised it isn't in the database yet. I wonder what 1.003 is. :P I was also surprised to see that none of the Planet Web browsers are included in TOSEC yet. I can provide data for the four variants I have, if that would be useful. All of the P...

Re: Sonic Adventure V 1.004
Upon further searching, I found this topic and this topic referencing the other disc. Supposedly v1.004 is the regular version of Sonic Adventure and v1.005 is the All-Stars version. Your two data tracks match the other dumps, but your audio track does not. Apparently we don't have a matching ringco...

Re: Sonic Adventure V 1.004
I had heard that there might be another Sonic Adventure disc out there, but I thought we got all of them.
I don't have this disc or any info on it myself, hopefully Maddog sees this and lets us know if he has any info on it.

Re: Hello Kitty Garden Panic [Not for Sale] (JP)
I can do some descent soldering but would rather pay to have someone else do it or trade some rare items TBH. Got an easy to follow guide? I am horrible at read schematics. I can do a chip install and such. And any chance this can be internalized as I only have my Sega Sports with official yellow t...

Re: Hello Kitty Garden Panic [Not for Sale] (JP)
Can you do basic soldering? If so, the G1-ATA mod is pretty easy to do. Video of mine here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-UifB6JWYHcatreyu187 wrote:I see there is now an ODE in the works. If only I could actually make one or even buy one I'll be happy.darcagn wrote:Nice to see you back

Re: Whats.Shenmue.610-7179-0133A .11M1.C.97
Merged the previous topic into the topic we have in the dumps forum. Thanks for posting your hashes! Hopefully Maddog can confirm this variant with the other we have unverified. It appears to be just a ringcode variant. The version number in the header is the same as the one we have verified already...

Re: Help with Dreamcast
cross-posted Hopefully I can clear this up for you without creating more confusion... The ringcode is a code that can basically be used to identify if the discs are from the same batch (when manufacturing/pressing). If two discs have the same ringcode, they are from the same batch; if they have dif...
