Just realized one more thing. Product code should be determined by the ip, not the physical disc or case. This way it will always conform to the 10-character maximum (removing trailing white space makes sense though). If the product number has different formatting elsewhere it should just be noted. ...

if you look at the region setting you'll see that it's JUE, meaning the disc is multi-region. The Product number is correct as 6107994 and fits with the japanese numbering scheme.

Does it say 51100 on the cover? If not, where did you get the number?
