I downloaded a few games in cdi format from emuparadise. Since macs cant burn cdis, I also downloaded the program 'anytoiso' which is the only program that will do a cdi > iso conversion on OS X 10.7 . unlike the normal 'to iso' conversion, it only creates a single ISO file.
