Having gone ahead and ran tests, the one produced by DESCrypt.exe/triforce-iso extract has different hashes, but GDROM explorer does have the hashes you mentioned. I wonder what causes the difference? GDROM explorer results in a slightly larger iso (.02 mb), but its not open source so I can't figure...

Are you sure about the size and hashes for VS4AM.BIN? Everything else matches up, but for me the size is 480355328, and for the encrypted VS4AM.BIN I get crc 10004cd6, md5 262b7751ec7b77ac6594a2f92c0b6645, sha1 c217b32aff2ca7da58d893f8a73c7e635196a626, and for decrypted I get crc aff02aa0, md5 ab3fa...
