Podcasts, Anyone?

Does anyone listen to them? I never really did, ive gone in and out. Probably I have listened to a total of 3 50 min shows in total. I have started to listen to gamezoneradio as three of my friends (one IRL and two I have been gaming with forever/all the time on live). One of them recently left the show and started his own show called like xcast or something. I am gonna try it out, as one of my friends is doing the show. Plus I found an Ubuntu one I might find interesting. I dunno, I never understood the big factor of podcasts. I subscribe to them on Amarok (basically itunes/winamp for linux) but just cant get myself to listen to them except when im bored like this at 5AM. Anyone have any recommendations, or anything they listen to regularly?

that is just a few that i listen to. most of them are mac related. i also listen to some ffxi podcasts. the thing with podcasts, just like any other radio show, is that sometimes they will get on a topic that does not intrest you and make a whole show out of it. all in all it is better than radio.

There's a lot out there that interests me, I just can't think of a time when I will listen to them. I listen to music at work, but that's so I don't have to listen to people talking, because it distracts me.

I like the Never Not Funny "Pardcast" with American standup comedian Jimmy Pardo. I haven't been listening to season two, but the first season was beyond funny. You can buy the first season on iTunes, but I know it can be found in other places.

I honestly don't listen to podcasts, either. I've listened to a few casts of the Don and Mike Show (which is now the Mike O'Meara Show). Other than that, I just don't waste my time.
