Best Emu's

Hey there! I know this post is so noob, but since I been away from the DC emulation scene since ever, and I don't have the time right now to make a deep research, I guess it would be easy for you guys to tell me the following:

Currently best DC emus:

-For SNES:?
-For Genesis:?
-PC Engine:?
-A few other cool ones you may know =):?

Best Applications related with:
-VCD:?
-Mp3:?
-Anyother cool thing?:?

I would also like to know how to create an .iso with just the games that I want (eg. for the genesis), and if it's possible to costumize the background picture from where we select the roms.

However that list seems to have been "Last edited by Christuserloeser on Mon Aug 28, 2006".
And I heard a guy called Chui or someting release recently a genesis emu? Just wonderes if the list is updated, so I could get the latest and improved versions of the emus.

I'm pretty sure those are the latest.
