I read your first post, and I decided not to say anything. Then I came back 10 minutes later and fell for it again. This time, I'm taking your advice. :D

Kid Icarus and Star Tropics have both been mentioned. Nintendo has stated they're making a new game in a franchise which hasn't got one in a long time. Rumor mill has it as Kid Icarus or Star Tropics. I'd lean towards Kid Icarus because he's in Brawl, but I'd personally prefer a new Star Tropics game. On a side note, I bought Zoda's Revenge a few years ago, and finally really started playing it recently. It is not as good as the first, but pretty fun. Also amazingly late for a NES game - 1994, nearly into the start of the 32 bit generation.

Oh, and I'd like to see a new Vice: Project Doom game. Or a remake.

There was actually was a PSP remake of the original EWJ in development. It looked pretty good, but I have no idea what ever came of it. Not sure if it was canceled, delayed, or what.

Here's another couple:

Vectorman (like a 3D side-scroller, not that bizarre abomination Sega pitched as a platformer a few years back)
Vib Ribbon (imagine an XBLA download that uses your MP3 collection)
Toy Commander (actually, a sequel would suffice)
Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!!
Lunar

And I thought a Mario 64 remake using Mario Galaxy's visual style would be fantastic.

Legend of Zelda ...

Hands down, keep the same layout/world, but with twilight princess's engine.

I'd rather see it with the same 2-Overhead view, but with updated HD graphics. (or a new Zelda game like this)

Zero Tolerance, the finest fps for the Genesis, really could use an upgrade. I once made a map for Marathon based on ZT's first level, but that's very primitive for today's standards. So now I'm trying to learn how to make Sauerbraten maps.

I've always said SimEarth would be fucking awesome on modern hardware. Looks like Spore is going to be the closest we'll get.
