I've google searched it and found two the Nero driver and the Adaptec one.
How exactly do I install them. The only thing the Nero Dll said to do was to stick it in my Nero folder. I did that to no avail, the adaptec one just confuses me.
I'm just wondering what do I do to get this ASPI driver to work.

The later versions of BootDreams have the Nero ASPI bundled with it. If you're still using an older version just sticking the DLL in BootDreams' tools folder does the job.

For other programs that require ASPI drivers (like CDRecord, CDRWin) I recommend FrogASPI:
