I have one from a couple years back -- I wrote in it while on my trip to London.

Almost every thing written in it was about my (would be girlfriend) at the time. The girlfriend that is now a psychotic ex.

... if only I could step back in time and punch myself in the face for being such a pussy.

Back in the day me and my bro used to keep many notebooks with codes for games. We've got stuff dating back from the days of the nes all the way up through the launch of the PS2. They (were talking about 50 or so notebooks) are in a box in the attic now.

Thanks.

Just ask Doug.
That's the very first thing that came to mind when I saw this topic. Great minds think alike!

Last summer I randomly decided to log all the kickass stuff I did... looking back it is kinda nice being able to relive those moments...
I wish I kept one past summer and this school year. I have a few entries, but not much. I was actually thinking last night and catching up on old times with a friend how much of a kick ass summer and school year I had. I would never trade those moments for anything. Just some really good ol' times. And not that I nessicarly want to relieve every part just hold on to some moments.

I sometimes keep a null diary I call Melancholy's Lounge Stories. But other than that, no.

Nope. I type up a new MySpace blog like once every few months, but other than that I don't keep a diary or journal of any kind.

I seriously think that's worse than a blog.

Do you actually go back and listen to them? Because I personally hate hearing my own voice.

Every couple of months or so. And I end up going "Do I really sound like that?".

Me and my wife have a sex diary if that counts? We write in it when we try something new or interesting or in an unusual location. I think it's pretty fun

Had one for a while to just write random ideas and thoughts down for future reference and gave up on it shortly realizing I take crappy notes and couldn't figure out for the life of me wtf I was talking about.
I remember one such note I took exactly that managed to confuse me to no end
