Damn, that's messed up. NEC prepackages their phones with all the needed software, but the 525 model blows. You might be able to find it online off some "sites." If you could give me the name of the title, I could do a quick search and see what turns up.melancholy wrote:Not Motorola. It sells it's software seperate for like $30.Tall Israeli wrote:You should have pre-bundled software for all that stuff.
Your other option is to just email your files to your PC, but you'll get charged some fee.
girls keep telling me they want 8".. so i tell'm ok.. i'll fold it in half
I got another program, DataPilot, but you need some special adapter you have to buy for that, it won't work with USB....I just wish there was some way to do this without spending money...Tall Israeli wrote:Damn, that's messed up. Try asking around Howardforums.com. That place is where I found out how to do 90% of everything I wanted to do with my phone.N3m3sis wrote:I got another program, DataPilot, but you need some special adapter you have to buy for that, it won't work with USB....I just wish there was some way to do this without spending money...Tall Israeli wrote:Damn, that's messed up. Yeah, bitpim is a nifty little program. I use it to add ringtones/wallpapers to my phone. It's free.

Yep. Plug it in, select "edit" from the top pull-down menu, and click "detect phone". If your phone is supported, it should pop right up. At least...that's what it does for me. Also...you may need to get the drivers for your phone. I had to hunt around a bit to find mine. I think someone mentioned this earlier, but howardforums is a great place to get info about cell phones. I'm sure you could find the drivers and any help you need for your phone there.
