Its still an awesome collector's item. And I'm sure it could still be useful for development stuff. Too bad it doesn't come with the manuals and stuff though..but I still wouldn't mind having it. How much do these usually end for?

Technically, it is very possible[as long as you are linked to your Dreamcast]. It comes with a nice code-warrior gui interface and debugger. All you have to do is include kos.h and link the libraries.

i may be able to find em in work but i doubt it if i do i will put them in with it if not then no... i think you can dload em from dreamcast emulation sites / irc though...
