Great news for XBOX Live

This, along with KoF 02/03 pack, SNK vs Capcm, Gulity Gear XX #R, and Metal Slug 3 all being online makes for a great time to be a XB Live suscriber.

I cant believe it, but Now I HAVE to buy an XBOX(despite all the expenses I have to worry about =P). I just hope online play makes its way to the PS2 version of SF:AE. That'll save me a few bucks.

It's nice to see some good 2D games getting released for the Xbox. SF3:3rd Strike online should be especially good fun although I expect I would get slaughtered most of the time.

X-Box will certainly be the console to own this year with Doom 3 and Half Life 2 coming out. But PS2 also has some promising FPS's coming out this year including Killzone.

HL2 will make it to xbox either this year or early next, some guy in a gaming mag I read has played early code

one of the reasons I got an xbox was for HL2, it was either pay ?130 for an xbox with 4 games or pay ?140 for a new GFX card that could run HL2, I think I made the right choise

I've played early code of both, doesn't mean they'll make it out this year

UC2 and UT2004 are pretty different

Shame you need a credit card to get on live, otherwise I'd be on there by now, and its a pain to keep going round my mates house and use live at his

you do not need a credit card for live anymore.. you can buy a players card at eb and other gamestores pay for it and enter the info juts liek a credit card for your l year of xbox live

Yes, well I'm in the UK, and theres no such thing as a "players card for live" or EB (anymore anyway), so I'm pretty much stuck.

yes, as long as it has a Visa, MC, or American Express logo on it. I tried my CIBC debit card but it didn't work

Ah. Very few debit cards have those things on them over here. In fact, I saw the first one I've ever seen only last week. We tend to use the British "Solo" and European "Cirrus" (sp?).

Hasn't everyone played the early HL2 ? I figured with the hype everyone always seems to still have for it they'd wanna play it soon as..

I think Doom 3 will make it out sometime very early next year, but I don't see HL2 coming for a long ass time. And yes there is a Doom 3 Xbox only at E3. Damn it'b be great to see that.
