A Day at the Austin Gaming Expo

This forum is for discussion pertaining to homebrew and indie software for the Dreamcast, such as homebrew games, emulators/interpreters, and other homebrew software/applications. Porting requests and developmental ideas are not to be made here; you can make those here. If you need any help burning discs for homebrew software, this is the place to ask as well.

A Day at the Austin Gaming Expo

Post by DJ Geki »

Hey everybody. I just posted a short, Cryptic Allusion-biased recap of the AGE over in our forums: http://www.cagames.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=182. Check it out...if you want to live. I mean, check it out if want to see how everything went :)

I wish I had brought my camera along with me, but I had absolutely NO idea it would be as big as it was. Had I known beforehand (and I really should've...I'm kicking myself for that), I would have loaded it into the car with everything else the night before.

Hopefully, we'll start getting some good press. I did happen to be one of only three people at the convention that got airtime on our Fox affiliate (other than the one of the organizers of the show, and some guy talking about DDR...go figure :) I've got an MPEG of the video, and I'll be putting it up on the web at some point. The Co-founder of AtariAge is going to get me some webspace somewhere to put it up, and I'm sure we'll put a small copy of it up on the CAGames website...only thing is, they spelled Cryptic Allusion TOTALLY wrong. They have Criptic Illusion. Really bad...I even wrote it down for them. Oh well...
