[i searched the forums and coulnt find any answers, here goes]
Dreamcast movie player that allows you to play movies you have downloaded on the net. These include the following formats:
.mpg (MPEG-1 only)
.mpeg (MPEG-1 only)
.dat (MPEG-1 only)
.avi (no odd codecs!)
.m1v (MPEG-1 video, no audio)
.sfd (v1.01 SFD format works, but no audio. Newer SFDs not supported.)
[ok, how can i tell what is a mpeg-1 file? what does it mean by ".avi (no odd codecs!)"? .m1v? i dont think ive heard of this file .sfd dont use them im going to use suse v3 to make the image i just want to know what it means by no odd codecs in the .avi part so if someone could answer that, and about how to check if a file is MPEG-1 from properties? and were can i
find a converter .blahfile into .MPEG]

urrr, TMPGEnc spent a day encoding the southpark movie, and when it was done it wouldn't play on GYPplay, so i'm wary
