Hello there,
In which file is the log in server information stored on the disk for Phantasy Star Online on the Gamecube versions? Is it the same for Dreamcast versions?
To clarify, I'm looking for the string such as "pso01.dricas.ne.jp" or similar. I'm sure its easier to use Dr. DNS to figure it out, but I'm curious where this information is stored.
Where is the server information stored in Gamecube versions?

Re: Where is the server information stored in Gamecube versi
The server that the game connects to is hard-coded in the game's main binary. For PSOv1 and the Network Trial Edition on the Dreamcast, that would be the 1ST_READ.BIN file. On PSOv2, it is stored in the encrypted binary that 1ST_READ.BIN loads.

The domain name for the game server is stored in the main game binary (DOL) on GC.
"Fear the HUnewearl."

On pso for xbox, the dns info (connecting adress) would be included on xbe file?

Most likely, yes. Although, on the Xbox you would have other problems to overcome, such as the reliance on the old Xbox Live login (which no longer will work, of course).
