There was indeed a problem with the host. Hopefully I can get the server back up after I get some sleep.

I can't do anything, as I can't access the server at all until the host fixes the issue. I can't ping it, I can't ssh into it, nothing. understand still believe you should have the full comtrol about all ( server and website ) this already that there are many others who can not wait for this people I meet ^^ sorry for my insistence

Yes, but if something goes wrong in the datacenter on the physical machine that hosts it, there's not much I can do. I do have full control over it, as long as the machine it is on is up and working properly, pretty much. To have any more control over it, either I'd have to host it myself and pay all kinds of extra money to do so (electricity and an internet connection that actually allows hosting servers), or I'd have to pay a lot of money to host a physical machine in a datacenter.
