I found a special weapon and confirmed what i already suspected LOL this is not a criticism but well that the producers of the game might have thought at the time have created ifferent colors for special weapons

There is no message for any drops on Sylverant. The server doesn't look at them at all in most cases.

By the way, if you were referring to the first screenshot in the second post in the screenshots thread about the Red Ring message, that was Ives having fun with the /bcast command when Altimira first opened. Note how the person being referred to by the message is in the lobby.
