Not able to use chat in game

I need help,

I'm playing PSO PC version and I can't get chat freely, the only way i can i using the already made texts.

Please someone tell me how i can type my own messages to chat and how do i get the window chat

I assume you are using vista/seven OS, in wich case i saw this

you have to replace the exe to vista/7 fix i had the same. LET ME LOOK FOR FIX.. link...
