Is there anyway to save games like Rage of the Streets?

Is there anyway to save games like Rage of the Streets?
Since I can't play the PC version since the file is corrupted, I have to now play it on the dreamcast (sometimes the game does not even work past stage 1-1). Is there anyway I can save the secret characters or something?
