Well... if you want to play Crisis Evil, you can get both on one CD image by going here.
As far as making an image from a .pak file, this is from http://senileteam.segaforums.com/:
One last link that might help: http://dchelp.net/index.php?id=bor

special thanks to CEDRIC
Step 1
Extract 'Selfboot', you can find it in consoles\selfboot.exe. It must be installed in C:\Selfboot.
Step 2
Place your bor pak in 'Consoles\Dreamcast\'. Rename it from mymod.pak to bor.pak
In this directory you should also find a Ip.bin and 1st_read.bin.
Step 3
Run Selfboot.exe and select the directory Consoles\Dreamcast\. If you use NERO click the NERO (DAO) or NERO (TAO) button to create a .nrg image (use DAO if your burner supports it). If you use DiscJuggler click the DiscJuggler button to create a .cdi image. If you want to burn with CDRecord select CDRecord, click burn to burn the audio track (make sure there is a blank CD in your CD writer), click Msinfo, click Make Iso to build the image, then click Burn to burn the second session.
Step 4
Burn the NERO or DiscJuggler image with the appropriate program.

Check out http://dcevolution.net/. They have two comps of BOR with a few different mods in each comp.

Can you put multiple BoR mods on the same disc with that BootDreams method? And if so, how?Christuserloeser wrote:Also, I wrote a tutorial on how to burn a BoR disc for Dreamcast here:

I answered the same question a short while back over at DCEmu UK:
Yes, you could modify the menus we used for our http://www.DCEvolution.net BoR releases but you'd have to edit the ini files and the PVRs and replace the .bins with the new version of OpenBoR that you should hexedit to check for Bo1.pak to Bo?.pak, where the ? stands for mod ?, the last mod on your Favorites list. Unscramble the .bins before hexediting.
Tools for modifying the PVRs are available on the net. A good hexeditor is frhed. The .ini files can be opened with notepad.
It's not easy and you probably would be better off to stick with single game CDRs for now.
However, I think I will prepare a simple mod loader that allows putting your favorite BoR mods on one CD with a lot less editing work soon. Don't know when I find the time, but I thought about doing this anyway.

Since I made that post I've already started with some little work on this

Basicly yesVik Abominae X wrote:can you play ANY of the BoR mods that are made so far on a DreamCast?
There are four or five exceptions that won't work with the current version of OpenBoR (as they were made for DarkBoR, a slightly different version), but they'll soon work with OpenBoR too
If you got a mod that crashes somewhere in a later stage, just reburn it with the memory saving version of OpenBoR. It has long loading times, but it works with pretty much anything
