Can this be done? I made a animated background with animation shop but when i put it in the game it looks all messed up it looks as if i didnt use
the bor pal on it. The reason i ask is i took the same background resized it
to work as the senile gif and it does. So what could be the problem?

Animated backgrounds don't directly work.
One way you can "fool it" to animate things in the background is to set up animations as an entity/model (use TYPE Obstacle or maybe NONE (none might cover up things in front of it though)). If using an obstacle spawn it at the very top of the walkable area and be sure to exclude bboxes.
