I have to vote for Curt - his support of Newbies and Scene members at DCStuff, DCHelp, DCEmulation, Mods of Rage and Sbiffy!com kept the scene together during '04.

BlackAura has to earn some extra award though for trying to explain all kinds of technical details with a dedication and patience that certainly is beyond human - also to people that really were new to this and some of them in real life most-likely do look like this:
