could end up with a cease and desist letter from Atari for content on an unvisited outdated archive of an unpopular website that was cheekily stolen from him a couple of years earlier...while this version completely escapes.

Darc asked Sega, and they said this version was ok to be online until Dec 12, 2012. That is, until Dreamcast 2 comes out. Then, we have to change the name to Dreamcasts Emulation or dcsemulation.org
