Photobucket's limitations required me to upload this in two pieces... meh. Just tack the rear cover image onto the left edge of the front+spine image, print at 600dpi, trim, and you should be good. I only made it because I lucked across a bunch of DVD cases being sold in clearance at Target. $6 for like 40 of them. Now everything has to go into one of them! No more orphaned discs! Too bad clear jewel cases don't pop up that cheap in my experience. Ah well.

The cover would be better if I had made it in the past month; taught myself how to produce vector art, so I could have reproduced some of the original Gameshark and Game Genie art without it being blurred. Ah well. Anyway, the cover is a composite of original content, manually reproduced designs, and much of the content from the box of the PS2 Gameshark, edited where necessary... meh. It was such a pain using so many different fonts on the back, but hey, the original Gameshark package design wasn't conservative either.

I have it mostly unflattened, should anybody want any pieces of this composition for their own projects, and yes, I did make a PS2 version, since the original box was getting pretty tattered and torn.

nicely done. I never did use gameshark as I had a codebreaker. As codebreaker worked in PSOv2 where gameshark did not.

And let's all give it up for Ripster, the most jawsome Street Shark who gave his likeness for the Shark Genie.

No problems whatsoever. Do as you like; I don't trust Photobucket or any other image host to be as permanent a fixture on the internet as a fan-supported community.

What? I mean that DCemulation is more likely to exist ten years from now than Photobucket.

Oh, and if you want, I could email you a non-JPEG version, if you like. PSP, PSD, PNG, TGA, whatever. Or if email is a problem, I can temporarily host it on my own webspace to make the transfer.

Thanks! :) - If you feel like doing some more Dreamcast covers, I would invite you to join DCEvolution.net, we can always use some helping hand to expand our cover section.

Registered and bookmarked. Don't know how much use I'll be. Right now I'm failing at modifying my Master System, but who knows, maybe I'll fail at some more digital art in the near future.

As a random aside, Hyperkin (the people who make the Supaboy and the RetroN3) recently acquired the rights to the Game Genie brand and IP. It'll be interesting to see where that leads.
