Sega Rally 2 Null DC Issue

I was going through a midlife gaming crisis and was nostalgiac for Sega. Huge fan during the nineties and purchased the Saturn when it released early with VF and Daytona. Bought import Dreamcast to play VF3 and Rally 2. Didn't even realize DC could be emulated until yesterday. I was able to get VF3 and Daytona to work but Rally 2 keeps stopping at the Sega Enterprises logo . Any idea why? Running latest version of Null

nullDC doesn't support games that use Windows CE, which is what Sega Rally 2 is built upon.
