vmu games?

is there any tools i can use to get some games on my vmu that dont include connecting my dreamcast to the internet? being i dont have the means to do that

you can play the mini game in sonic adventure so if your VMU has a working battery of course

You can get them from game discs (obviously)
You can use the program "Vorlem" by Obsidian to transfer files from a PC using a serial cable, if you can find one (they're kind of rare these days)
You can burn them to a disc and use Dream Explorer/VMU Tool to copy them from the disc to the VMU
