So I just formatted my computer and I am trying to get kanji character sets to display in my browser, but right now it just shows up as ????. Anyone know a good way to get this functionality in XP? Not sure what I did before to have it work.

I believe that should do it for you. You can choose to do this during Windows install; I usually do that even though I can't read kanji or anything like that.
