If it does indeed work on Dreamcast, I wonder how he managed it.

Pretty much the same way anything else is ported to Dreamcast, I guess. SM64 is only 64Mbit, which leaves plenty for N64 RAM and the emulator itself. I'm a bit surprised at the speed, though, since the doc says it's running a pure interpreter (though I assume this only refers to the main CPU, and that it's still doing high-level microcode emulation for the RSP).
