My Xbox is done
(80Gb Harddrive, Xecuter 2.6 Modchip)
Installing the modchip and harddrive was easy, putting the blue front panel on was really hard and frustrating and I chipped the case a bit by tightening one of the screws too tight (hasn't cracked much at all on the surface though)
jeeze finally i was wondering when you were going to get this project done. what has it been? 4 years. lol u got this done just in time for the xbox 360 to come out
lol I haven't even added swish LEDs apart from the dongle. All the LED's on it are standard/from the modchip
80Gb + Modchip is amazing though. I had some friends over for beer and family guy, we played Halo for about 3 minutes, we ended up laughing are asses off playing Street Fighter 2 and Mario Kart 64
The Xbox was ?40 second hand
Modchip was ?25
Harddrive (at the time) was ?40
Blue Case was ?15
So, ?120. About the same price as a stock new Xbox with a few games. I think I did very well, and im definately reaping the benefits of all the emulators and media center apps it has
