i was told to run this wire so i could write to the bios http://www.made-by-bacteria.com/viewtop ... f=85&t=516

so i soldered it up and went to power the dreamcast on and no it doesnt do anything other than the power light comes on....disc doesnt spin, nothing on screen

sad thing is this system worked 100% b4 doing that wire mod...im not sure if it was the power wire going into the power supply or not but i believe when i plugged it in i heard a pop.

any help at all guys? i reall dont want to have a dead dreamcast
