Actually DreamSNES is compatible with NEXUS cards. I use my 16x NEXUS all the time for SRAM saves. It might be possible to use your PC .srm saves if someone was willing to write a conversion tool that would convert the various .srm files to either a NEXUS format or a Downloadable .vms(the type of file that is saved to your VMU or memory cards when downloaded using planetweb's browser) and then used a .vmi creator so it could downloaded of a web page. You also might be able to just e-mail yourself the .vms file too. Burner0 made a rom re namer for .vms files and crt0 was working on a PC Nester .srm to a DCNester conversion program. I'm not sure if it ever was released or if he is still working on it.It would probably be possible with a Nexus card and a utility. Of course no one's authored a utility. And DreamSNES is not compatible with the Nexus card.

Burner0's sram renamer was for Nester and Seg4g3n.
Crt0 never released his program.
Super Sonic (with the aid of Burner0 and Segafan) released a convertor that would convert Nesticle sav files to Nester DC files.
Screw e-mailing them to yourself, upload them to
segafan1.tripod.com (-:
Just be sure to e-mail me at koffan@dcemulation.org when you do, with a description.
New DreamSNES saves coming up tonight from moi

well at one point at the time i switched from 56k to highspeed a made a visual basic version of my program cause the one i release had problems in the readme cause i missed the part where ur rom name is exactly in 8.3 format that i forgot to mention that when its like that u would have to replace the "s" in .nes with the "&" symbol. i fixed that in that version but since i didnt have internet at home i saved it to disk and i foolishly deleted it off my hard-drive. i brought the disk to school to upload it but i got caught by my computer teacher cause we have a policy of "no disks or cd's" cause of posible hacking and virus treats to the system. well i lost my disk and the proggy which i was going to upload cause he confiscated it to the trash. i was going to get it back but i found the disk was cracked in half.
anyway tell me when ur site is up so i can fix the things in the readme cause im to lazy to make another vb version.
