I am trying to play the game HeadHunter Disc 2 and when I get so far the screen goes black and displays this.

I know this is not the dreamcast, I have 2 that I tried this on. It must be something in the software is it correctable?

Make a scan of your discs and post it here. I don't believe a commercial game would have this problem.
