I want to fan translate this ripped disc, how should I do it?

I tried decompressing all of the bin files, but only one yielded a directory, which was full of images, I'm sort of new(although have some programming experience) and would want to look for some sort of software which can break down these files and allow me to plaintext translate the dialogue and UI would I have to manually hexedit to do this? is there a guide for such a thing?
